Within the company, you will act as an IT Support specialist and provide technical assistance to end users while ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems :

 IT Support Specialist 

Description de la mission

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computers, printers, networks, and other IT equipment. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or specialized teams as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and backups. Assist in setting up and configuring new hardware and software.
• Provide guidance and training to end-users on basic IT functions and best practices.
• Create and maintain user guides and documentation for common issues and solutions.
• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining network connections and configurations.

Profil attendu

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, Totara site administration ) are a plus.
• Previous experience in IT support or a technical support role with ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. 
• Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, MacOs, Linux), and common software applications.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Location : Lausanne (CH)

Start date : As soon as possible

Contract type : Permanent contract

Remote work : 1 day / week
