At the heart of the IT/Digital department of a well-established company in the pharmaceutical industry, you will strengthen the team as a:
System Engineer MS 365
Provide technical support through regular client interactions, documenting new requests, managing these requests, delivering solutions, and providing end-user guidance to help users optimize their use of computerized systems.
Description of the mission
- Participate in operational activities throughout the company worlwide (remote access)
- Ensure the 1st, 2nd and 3rd level of technical support for application and desktop issues
- Carry out the system and infrastructure maintenance
- Accompany employees onboarding, as well as off boarding
- Work together with third party vendors and suppliers
- Comply to internal procedures and participate in the technical documentation
Required profile
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT and 1st / 2nd / 3rd level of tech support
- Proven experience in Office 365 Administration, Windows 10, Network administration
- Good knowledge of Active Directory (GPO), SharePoint Online, SCCM/Intune
- Excellent Prioritization and Time Management skills
- Excellent communication and relational skills
- Fluent in English
- French is a plus
- Start date: The sooner the better
